As part of a ‘Social and Digital Marketing’ module, LCF and Pandora collaborated to create a project focusing on Pandora’s ‘Moments’ collection. 

I was asked to conduct a report, including a full diagnostic (internal, external and situational) business environment analysis on Pandora, identifying and evaluating their current SDM activities as well as propose my own campaign idea to reintroduce Pandora to non-owning/lapsed consumers and increase sales of ‘Moments’ collection. 

I have attached several spreads from the report as well as an A1 summary sheet, however the full 50 page report is available upon request.

In conjunction with my ‘Global Fashion Branding: Communications’ module, I designed a collaboration between the renowned Japanese artist Takashi Murakami, and the classic heritage American brand: G.H. Bass. I designed two pairs of the ‘Bass Weejuns’, as well as a mockup of a detailed press release explaining the collaboration.
